Shipping. Digital download links will be available in the "My Accounts" section once we receive confirmation of cleared payment through Paypal. All physical goods orders, will be processed and mailed within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the day INeedThat receives the order (assuming your credit card is authorized). All orders are sent via UK Royal Mail Postal Service. INeedThat includes insurance on all physical goods mailed out but assumes no automatic responsibility for items lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed in the mail.
Non-UK and high value physical orders will be sent by certified mail and require a signature for delivery. You may have your order sent to your work address if no one will be available at your residence to sign for the order. The post office will make three delivery attempts and after 10 days will send the order back to the local post office. If not claimed after 14 days it will be returned to INeedThat. INeedThat assumes no responsibility for delivery upon receipt and signature by an individual at the address given.
Returns.Due to the nature of goods sold ALL sales are final - No refunds will be given.Any physical goods found to be defective will be replaced FOC with a like for like replacement. If you do not agree withe these terms please do not purchase from us.
